The pregnancy test measures the concentration of the placenta hormone. A blood sample is a more reliable method than a urine sample for detecting early pregnancy; a pregnancy test from a blood sample can indicate the onset of pregnancy approximately 10 days after fertilization. This test provides a numerical result.

Sex hormone binding globulin is produced in the liver. Its production is regulated by sex and thyroid hormones, insulin and diet. Please note! Any hormonal medication you are using can affect the results when assessing your natural hormonal function.

Luteinizing hormone (LH) is a hormone secreted by the pituitary gland that affects the production of sex hormones. It influences estrogen and testosterone levels and fertility. The test is taken at the beginning of the natural menstrual cycle (days 3-5 of the cycle). It is recommended to conduct the test at least 4 weeks after stopping the use of contraceptives.
